I just got done getting my car washed and waxing it myself. For some wierd reason, I've always taken pride in my cars and love shining them up. I had such a nice lunch in Boston with my friend from college. She is an art therapist also...the only one in her city in Japan. It was so nice talking with her and catching up. It has been a long time.I took the above photo on my way home from getting my car washed. It's one of my favorite drives with beautiful scenery. A whole different world from the Fenway neighborhood in Boston! I enjoy Boston but really am at home here where it's quiet and full of trees. creeks, the ocean, horses and sky!

LOL My dh is out waxing his truck right now and I was just telling him that I've never waxed a car before. So it's funny that you wrote that.

Great photo! I had to laugh at the wash & wax because I "cheated" last week and paid to have mine done. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I felt lazy and like being spoiled. ;) LOL Hope you have a great week!
